Here at DGL we provide only the very best quality products and fit them to a high standard.  Both our products and service undergo quality measures to ensure that our customers are 100% happy throughout the whole process:

Product Quality

• We only use trusted suppliers whose products we have seen and tested ourselves.
• Our products are made from the best materials and are hard wearing and fit for purpose.
• All of our products conform to industry standards.
• We check all of our products when they arrive from our suppliers.  These checks include visual inspections of the product such as checking for defects on any framework or damage to any glass.  We also check all mechanisms are in full working order from more complex things such as bi-fold door rolling equipment down to more simple mechanisms such as window/door handles.
• Only when we are 100% happy with the product will we authorise it to be released to our customer and fit accordingly.

Service Quality

• We offer a consistent, reliable and timely provision of service.
• All of our service providers possess the necessary skills, knowledge and experience required for fitting our products.  All of our fitters work to approved industry standards.
• During any fitting processes, we aim to cause minimal disruption to you and we always leave the site in a clean and tidy manner.
• We want to be accessible to our customers at all times.  We are always available via phone or email and we aim to respond to any queries in a timely manner.
• Our main objective is for you to be happy at every stage of the process.  From the start, we aim to explain all processes in a clear and concise manner.  We will discuss every process and timeframe with you to make sure you are happy throughout.
