Standard Product Guarantees
All of our products come with a standard guarantee, covering both the product itself and the quality of our installation. This reflects our confidence in the suppliers we work with and the care we take on every job.

Independent Warranty Association (IWA) Protection
DGL is an approved Independent Warranty Association (IWA) supplier, giving you an extra layer of security and reassurance.
The IWA provides two key protections:
1. Guarantee Insurance
Your guarantee remains valid even if, in the unlikely event, we were to cease trading during the guarantee period. All terms of your guarantee would still be honoured.
2. Deposit Protection
If you pay a deposit and we were to cease trading before work begins, the IWA protects your money. They will either refund your deposit or arrange for the work to be completed.
This gives you complete confidence from the moment you place your order.
