We manufacture all our products in our Ilkley factory using modern materials, techniques and equipment.

For our timber products, the engineered timber we use from Timbmet does not warp or shrink. It is available in either softwood from sustainable sources or hardwood. Engineered timber is built up in layers using every part of the tree, resulting in very strong pieces which are excellent for precision craftsmanship. Timbmet provides ready profiled engineered timber for use with the Mitre Master system.

The Mitre Master system we use for manufacturing our timber products provides:

• a unique jointing system that removes exposed end grain
• produces precise mitre joints, ensuring a water tight joint
• an extremely neat finish to the structure

We can create an almost endless choice of styles and shapes for conservatories and roofs, doors, windows and casements all manufactured to the same engineered precision.

uPVC conservatory roofs are manufactured using the Aztec conservatory roof aluminium profile sections. The heavy duty sections allow us build large roofs and to mount heavy double glazed glass units in the roof panels.
